RIGHT ON!!!!….GAMES!!!

From Right On Games:

On Jessica Chobot

Just when you think the Liberal gaming media can’t stoop any lower, they find a new depth of depravity to plumb. Apparently IGN has hired Jessica Chobot, a woman apparently known for her vile Sony PSP licking and her equally vile writing. See Not Safe For Work image here and a sample of the writing here.

This unsavory tart starts out describing the quality of opinions in general by comparing them to the olfactory qualities of solid waste excretion and then moves on to offer some of her own, apparently undeterred by the stench. She then goes on to practically brag about her prowess applying a tongue to a Sony PSP, and explains how thrilled she is that IGN would have anything to do with her.

See? Nobody likes her.

  5. Does licking a PSP jumpstart your credibility? Hell no.

So some of you may know about the girl (Jessica Chobot) who took a picture as she erotically licked her PSP, and there was a bunch of controversy, and her website got a lot of hits, etc.

Well she’s on my badside, and it has nothing to do with stroking her tongue across a piece of portable technology (heh, trust me).

See, IGN Babes interviewed her and she said some stupid things about Nintendo. Now, as you should all know, we are ALL allowed our opinions. However, none of us should be allowed stupidity.

The full interview starts here (they allowed her TWO features…sheesh): http://babes.entertainment.ign.com/articles/622/622426p1.html

Anyway, she spouts opinions like this:
GameBoy Micro? What a piece of crap. Talk about Ikea junk. The first you say you don’t say, “This isn’t any new technology, we just gave it a different faceplate and made it smaller.” That’s so stupid.

No, PEOPLE are stupid. They buy all sorts of crap, and Nintendo knows that. Was it the best decision for gamers? No, I think it’s a little silly myself–but it was hardly stupid junk–it’s going to sell millions, just like every other slightly altered Gameboy.

    IGN guy continues to flirt:

IGN: You’re passionate about this. I like it.

To which Ms. Chobot replies, with the statement that got my ire up enough to post about it:

JC: Oh, I am very passionate with my videogames. That, and then the whole downloading all games into the Revolution. We all know that we can mod our Xboxes and do that anyway. So, what are you bringing to the table? Nothing.

Just like iPod brought nothing new to the music industry, right? Oh, wait, huh?

Since when does providing a LEGAL way to do something people have been doing AGAINST THE LAW “bring nothing to the table”?

I mean, I get it–people steal movies, music, video games, everything. They do this every day, and I can’t stop them. Fine. However, Nintendo is giving gamers a way to legally own every single game they have ever made. This is absolutely fantastic. I’m going to purchase my entire game library (along with everything I rented) on Flash so I can own it forever without fear of dying batteries.

What kind of screwed up world do we live in where someone “in the know” of the industry like Ms. Chobot can offer “people have been doing that [illegally] for years already” as a strike against Nintendo?

Maybe I’m the only person this upsets… But I’m tired of all the stupid excuses, rationalizations, and lies people use to justify outright piracy. When they start using the same logic to belittle something that is actually cool, it’s too much for me.

(Oh, and for anyone who didn’t figure it out yet: Nintendo is trying to make the home console version of the iPod. Who cares the PSP can store MP3s when the Revolution can store 20 years of gaming uphoria, etc)

Logic like this is tantamount to saying: “Why are people still buying skateboards? Don’t they know you can just steal ’em?”

I guess this is the direction society is moving in? Well, gamers can continue putting themselves in the center of the universe–I don’t have to like it.

    JESSICA CHOBOT IS STUPID!

    FACT

  19. Justin, you should only post about hating Jessica Chobot from now on. If for no other reason, do it simply for the fact that reading the whiny complaints from all the worthless pieces of shit who only come here looking for free hi-res amuses me.

You should never post another hi-res photo again … just more hate for Jessica Chocobo.
