Building on Angelbaby’s Petra Nemcova post, Petra, along with her brown saggy mudflap labia of an underarm (Faptastic’s description, not mine), was also spotted at the recent Tribeca Film Festival in NY (along with a whole bunch of other celebs, notably Hayden Panettiere).
Read up about what it’s like to be a photographer at the event here.
[…] word had it that Hayden Panettiere (of Heroes) would be making an appearance, since she is dating one of the cast members. Again, I decided to be patient and wait it out. The movie was nearly over, and only one other photographer besides myself remained, but she did get there: so I’ve got a near-exclusive set of shots of her. And you really can’t beat having one of television’s most popular stars look you in the eye, point to her chest, and say, “Seriously, can you see through my dress?” I figured it would be inappropriate to say “I’m sure as hell gonna try…”
Lots more pictures here.
Thanks Nathan!

Tanaka– even without right-click you can save any picture in Firefox.
Go to the page with the picture you want.
Click Tools -> Page Info
Click the Media tab
Scroll through the media list until you see the picture you want, and click Save As
It is a little slow, but it’s also foolproof. Anything the browser loads, you can save here.
Man Hayden’s great. I have a feeling she’s going to stay hot for decades, like maybe a Phoebe Cates or Marisa Tomei. We’ll see. Plus her voice is great.

@Kewtr, even more easy:
goto Tool > Options > Content > Enable Java Script – Advanced
there uncheck the box “Disable or replace context menus” and you can save images as usual.

I just had a funny thought. I wonder if Hayden Panettiere’s character in Heroes enjoys very rough sex. I mean the kind that would kill a normal person. She would be the perfect girlfriend for some REALLY wacked out guy you only read about in horror stories. She could work at that Hostel making TONS of money. I don’t know why I just thought of this stuff. Even I’m finding it creepy.

So is there a way to save video clips? e.g., YouTube?

There are a lot of ways to save video clips, doing it directly is a little bit of a pain.
Since I usually want to have the url of the video, I use a Firefox add-on called Live HTTP Headers.
Then on any of the video sites, you grab the ’embed’ code, and paste the src= URL into your address bar. Clear your cookies, clear your cache, and open the Live HTTP Headers and click ‘Go’ to go to the URL. The player will fill the browser page. Then press play, and the SWF file will request the Flash video file. So the last entry in Live HTTP Headers will show the URL for the video file.
Copy that, paste it into your address bar, press enter, and it’ll ask where to save it. You can usually play them in VLC, or download the Wimpy FLV Player.
Pain in the rear, I’m sure there are other ways, but since I need the actual URL as well as the video I do it this way.
Tinypic is way easier, just delete ‘player.php?v=’ from the URL and press enter.

Also mardur thanks didn’t know that one.
Although I use my method even without the right-menu blocking, some sites make it a pain via clear foregraound images and multiple background images so it becomes a trial and error affair. It is slow, but it always gets the one you want.

These background image tricks are bad. You know the firefox extension DownThemAll? There you can download all links or all loaded parts of a website. So you also get all background images with one click.
I also like VideoDownloader, but it depends on an external service, that is ocassionally offline.

You don’t need any programs or extensions to save Youtube videos. The best and quickest way is:
1) find the Firefox cache folder in explorer, usually at
C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\.default\Cache
2) bookmark it in the Windows explorer
3) sort the list by date modified (newest at the top)
4) the video you just watched will be the ~6~10 meg file near the top of the list (not including files called “_Cache”) and will stand out among dozens of tiny ~25k files. You can drag and drop this file to Media Player Classic to make sure this is the file you want.
5) copy and paste that file to your Video folder (bookmark it also), rename it to whatever you want with the .FLV extension, and voila.
Use the K-Lite mega codec pack to play back the videos in Media Player Classic as though they were .avi or .mpg files.
And thanks Justin.
