The servers are actually very robust, just played a a game earlier with 8 in it on a basic 512 broadband host, if youve a 1meg line you should be able to host the full 16 without too much lag (DO NOT play on normal start it on Heroic, thats not even rock hard, Legendary however is a bugger to comple...
