too lazy to watch all the trailers, but yes men, hero, and paparazzi all looked really good. Paparazzi looks very good. revenge flicks as justin said r always badass. plus that guy that plays the actor is from pitch black

Paparazii looks good, I have not seen the other trailers... Well, I seen Hero of course. Mean Creek looks good... Oh, anyone see the Taxi preview? That'd be good if Jimmy Fallon wasn't in it. He couldn't stay in character in SNL, I don't want to see a movie with him in it. Yuck.

I watched the original Shall We Dance in a class on Japanese history and culture and everyone in the class agreed that it's terribly boring. The Americanized version has got be worse because it doesn't have the Japanese businessman who wears a wig that makes him look like a sleazy pedophile, although Stanley Tucci's is supposed to be that character. Also, a lot of the original version dealt with the cultural reaction to ballroom dancing, which is apparently much different in Japan than in America.

My fav part in Ong Bak has to be when Tony Ja jumps and knees the guy riding the bike right in the face.Yeah the plot was weak and sum stunts seemed odd, but the fight scenes and skill are crazy.

Ong Bak gets the Commie stamp of approval.

I've never seen someone deal out an ass-whoopin' this impressive in ages. Seen it 5 times and still speechless. Jumping folded up through a ring of barb wire impresses me heaps.

I just saw Ong Bak... wahaha what a stupid movie!!! okay the fighting is pretty decent. But the story almost makes no sense, the head of a statue is cut off and this guy has to retrieve it... and there is this villain with a voice box... hmmm right...

I also saw hero the other day, wow... weird movie as well! it's like crouching tiger with a storyline I could actually follow...

Justin: "Oh and it helps if you're familiar with Akira Kurosawa's Rashomon style of story telling because Hero's story is quite similar in that respect. "

And then from filmcritic.com: "But the king, in a bit of allegorical mind-reading, catches on as swiftly as we do, and in Rashomon-like retelling, imagines the scenarios of battle with different colorations than those of the martial arts storyteller."

I just knew you didn't come up with that yourself. Hah.
