Although girls who hide their face through an entire movie are really annoying I have two experiences that are much more annoying. One of the most annoying things is when you go to a movie like Lost in Translation or even Shaun of the Dead and a character says something that's chuckle worthy, but everyone around you laughs for 3 minutes. Are these people retarded? There is such a thing as too much laughter for a joke.

Even more annoying though are people who go to Midnight shows of old movies just to spout out the lines and ruin the movie for others. A few months ago I went to see Army of Darkness and one girl spouted out every catchphrase right before Ash said it. I wanted to beat her ass with the carboard poster tube I got during the pre-movie Spider Man poster giveaway.

Gotta agree with you about Japanese horror.......Good and getting better. The main reason for it, I think, is that the Japanese don't have all of these moral majority guidelines that they have to follow. If somebody wants to write a movie over there about putting a shitload of kids around 15 years old on a island to fight it out to the death, then...............they make it.

Oh...........and Battle Royale is one of my top 3 all-time favorite movies. A masterpiece.

You have made 2 posts so far. In one you made an incorrect statement, and the other was quite random and unimportant. And you also used "ne1" instead of saying "anyone". That incite great amounts of rage in me.

Black rage in fact.

I'll admit that I'm one of those girls that gets freaked out by scary movies. The only time I cover my face though is if it's a movie I've seen before and I know there's a particularly stomach-turning part that I dont want to see. (i.e. the girls fingernail breaking off in Stir of Echoes)

I let scary movies scare me for my own entertainment. Yes, I know that it's all ridiculously fake and cheesy, but it's fun to get the shit scared out of you and then when the movie is over, you're still alive.

Lets see all you big strong boys watch a movie like Elephant and not be disturbed.

That movie was disturbing. But it was also really, really good. Really awesome camera work.
