I am Canadian, and the "chicks" generally don't flash people for fun. Well sometimes but I wouldn't say its a defining characteristic of a Canadian girl.
Is that what that dude was implying about "Canadian Chicks"?

it does..just open as or save as... if i knew how to post a video on here id do that..but its the vid of her flashing her bra backstage..i saved it..if it doesnt work..while it does for me..private msg me yer email and ill send it lol.

I think it is not her because it looks like from the pic that there is scars like a long one going from left to right on her stomach then one going up and down....and I don't think avril has scars there
