One of the hardest decisions I've had to make in a long time. To smoke some Brisket or to grill some steaks and ribs. What would you do in my situation. I have to make a choice. I have all day so time isn't an issue. Which do I go with?

Brisket and Cosmopolitans?

Smoked brisket is Texas BBQ through and through. Any pole-smoking queer can grill a steak, and most do.

So, my recommendation is to smoke the brisket, open a Shinerbock, sit on your back porch in your BVDs, and watch the old lady mow the back 40.

See what I am sick of is your desire to turn everyplace you post into your own personal livejournal. Seriously you need some therapy. You have this narcissistic desire to get approval in your actions by notifying everyone what you are doing. Either go talk to a therapist, get some prozac, shoot yourself in the head or whatever.
