Finally got around to getting their debut album. i'd only heard Girl Anacronism and Coin Operated Boy, before i bought it so i had a rough idea what to expect. Still took a few listens to get into, but its growing on me. Anyone else had a listen to the album?

also had a listen to a friends copy of the White Stripes' Get Behind Me Satan finally, not too shabby.

i'm not a huge fan of the 'cabaret punk' genre but i have to admit for some reason it is catchy. but at the same time annoying. i saw them - believe it or not - on a public access tv show in my area and seeing them perform live is very interesting.

True, to keep the wife happy, in the car the Dolls have been replaced by the Scissor Sisters, atleast for a while.
