Quiet you. Everyone knows thats God is only just an imaginary friend for grown ups!

But seriously, school teaches the scientific view of it. Sunday school teaches the religious aspect of it. It is then up to the child to make the decicsion of what he or she believes.

Actually, Darwin and Big Bang are two theories about two different things, not conflicting ideas.
Darwin - evolution of man
Big Bang - expansion of the universe.

But I get the pop-idea-influences thing you were going for.
