And yes ... the magazine was the inspiration for the topic title.

I used to be subscribed to it around the "goldeneye" era...but I've stopped playing games since then.
I still pull out Mario Tennis every once in awhile though. Waluigi > *

Nintendo Power is a terrible read for anyone who is over the age of 13.
But at the time, it was my source of video game information. There was no world outside of Nintendo for me; no competitors, no developers, no nothing. Ahh the life of a young fanboy.
Let's hope the Revolution makes up for the Nintendo 64 and the Gamecube.

Haha, good one.davved wrote:what the fuck was wrong with the N64?
Not ALL previous Nintendo games; I think so far they said ~750.darkoZiac wrote:Nothing IMO, my fave console by far. I don't know what the real story is, but the rumours are going around that all previous nintendo games will be available for the revolution for free. If that is the case (and probably even if it isn't), I'll be getting one for sure.
lol, the title reminds me of 4th grade. For some reason, our school library ("media center") had a subscription to Nintendo Power. This was back in like 1990. When we would go to the library, kids would run to try to grab the Nintendo Power to read before someone else got it.
I remember using its hints to get to the end of Ninja Gaiden 2: The Dark Sword of Chaos. But I could never defeat the end boss Jaquio. I inevitably took him up as a namesake.
This pointless trip down memory lane was brought to you by the letter I, and the number 4.

I get the impression this was intended to be funny, but I stopped reading at "lol." Use real words, filth.
