Apparantly, in Japan, you were at one time able to legally pose for such pictures if it was deemed "artistic" rather than pornographic, but they changed the law recently because too many people were taking advantage of it.
I too have seen them, and if it wasn't for the fact that she was thirteen, then I guess they WOULD be kind of artistic.
At any rate, she isn't thirteen now...........and I gotta agree with ya....she is badass to the core
