I am surprised no one has pointed out that we really shouldn't put any thought into hurting Kate's feelings w/ our posts because we are not making fun of a person, but the character she portrays on her website. Keep in mind, there is no such person as "Kate."

I will continue to take joy in this thread because of my past dealings w/ her webmaster. I am sure an arguement could be made that I shouldn't think of Kate poorly based on the attitude of her webmaster, but such a role implies representation. Therefore, the webmaster being a jerk is equal to Kate being a jerk, in my book.

"Kate" deserves what she gets.

However, I still wouldn't make fun of Jenise Hetu. I wouldn't feel bad for her either. There are a lot worse things that could happen to someone than growing up w/ a deformed foot.

haha. didnt her webmaster contact you once about posting her pics on your site? i hate dealing with porn webmasters. especially with that stupid caseySCAM guy. remember that? how could he come after me and not care about you too?? dumb.

nothing much really. generic cease and desist order. i posted up topless casey pics. which i got off of kei's site. he went after me but did nothing to kei.

not only that he continually made veiled threats about shutting down my paypal account and my site at the time. real professional.

Here's what happened: As Justin can attest to, when you have a site like mine (or FUBAR) people will send you all kinds of goodies to either make you like them or in hopes that you can use the material. One day I received an e-mail that had several pictures of Kate attached. At this point I'd never heard of her, but I wrote up a quick post about how playground's in my area didn't have such nice features, blah, blah, blah, and posted the pics.

Soon after I found my inbox and shoutbox full of requests for more pictures of Kate. At that time, I either wasn't nearly as good at finding material on the web, or Kat'es pics/vids weren't as available as they are now. In any case, I did not find any and the constant requests became annoying.

I wanted an easy out, because I feared the whining that would accompany the removal of the pics. The solution: Write to Kate's webmaster and let him know I had the pics posted and nicely ask permission to keep them up. I knew full well the answer would be "no." Thus I could take the pics down, hopefully put an end to The Blog-guh-guh's transformation into BeggingForKatePics.com, and I could blame it all on the webmaster.

Of course, the reply came with the predicted "no" answer. He did however, point me towards the affiliate program. I was new to being a webmaster, so I hadn't even considered into looking into such a thing. I took him up on his offer to join the program and eagerly awaited the exclusive Kate pics I was promised. Of course, I took the pics down.

Silly, naive me, I thought the pics would come. They never did, and I am ashamed to admit, I wrote to the webmaster several times asking for the material. Basically, I got a reply that amounted to: "You took the pics down. We got what we wanted. Go fornicate with yourself."

Keep in mind, I wasn't regulary hosting Kate pics. I had a grand total of five. I brought this fact to their attention myself and took the pics down when asked. After getting the brush off a couple times, I took one of Kate's pre-made affiliate pages and hosted it myself so the non-nude thumbnails linked to the original nudes I had. My site regulars also started a yahoo group and made several pages of their own that hosted as much Kate material they could get their hands on. They began trading Kate pics & vids like the monkeys they were.

Once this started, I got an apologetic e-mail offering me the pics originally promised if I got them to stop. It was my turn to tell him to fuck off.

This subject still makes me chuckle. Before I started my site, I had been a regular visitor to FUBAR for quite some time. Seeing that Justin used one of my posts (or at least the pics from it) was pretty cool. When this guy came after Justin, it bothered me. I honestly felt bad about it. However, he hadn't gotten to me yet, so I left the pictures up.

I waited. I waited some more. This idiot continued to harrass Justin. I waited until I eventually took my site down. I never heard from him. Not once. I still think he must have had ulterier motives for going after Justin. That's what Justin gets for being a sexy bitch.

However, I still wouldn't make fun of Jenise Hetu.

I really couldn't care less. I have NEVER looked at her feet anyway. If I ever had the chance to get her in bed I would think it was disgusting, and would not sleep with her because yes, I am that petty and things like that totally are a turnoff (although I am sure if she was naked in my bed with slippers on I would hit it

). BUT I will never have the chance to have sex with her and I never look at her feet when she has her boobs in clear view...
