Mmmmm.... that's 'Everyday Italian' with Giada De Laurentiis. I don't think watching a hot chick cook counts as a guilty pleasure.
But mine is that new VH1 show, the one where the guys are all stripping, sex-AY!

i have the exact same problem. one time, i watched an entire's day worth of i love the 80's. EVEN THOUGH I'D ALREADY SEEN ALL THE EPISODES.
i blame rachael harris. curse her for being so sexy.
(although i actually do like vh1 so it probably doesnt count as a guilty pleasure)

Those ridiculous AFI 100 this-and-that shows... until the cable signal goes out at #7, then the guilt becomes rage... as far as I know, "May The Force Be With You" is the best movie qoute of all time (seeing as it came in at #8)
