Crystal Pepsi (same thing as Pepsi Clear?) had Van Hagar's "Right Now" in the commercial.
Most of the soft drinks in the U.S. use corn syrup as a sweetener because of heavy corn subsidies that incentivize it. For the same reason, the mash for Budweiser and other mass-produced American beers contain corn.

Not suprising, considering I live in the heartland of corn production (minot, nd). They even use corn in gas: <a href='http://www.ethanol.org/howethanol.html' target='_blank'>Ethanol</a>.
