So I've always played on console systems. I've grown up on the atari/nintendo/super nintendo/ systems. BUT. That doesn't change the fact that the PC is an ever growing force in the gaming market. Old's will recognize the arcade machine. The PC is slowly graying the line that once was bold. As console games find themselves on on PC's and PC games find themselves on consoles, which do you prefer?
Personally I'm sticking with consoles.

PC gaming rox the kazbah.
You can play with friends in the same room (LAN) or with dozens upon dozens of other people online.
FPS are easier to control. You can actually play strategy games on PC. And Mod communities can make a game's value increase exponentially.
All this can be yours for the low price of ~$1500 on laptop or ~$900 if you can build your own computer. And the upkeep only requires to dole out enough to buy a couple consoles every couple years.
Cuz when you pay this much, it's gotta be worth it.

Funny how you've got it backwards. Maybe you've just descovered PC gaming but actually you've found it just as its decreasing and threatening to disapear.
PCs have always been more powerful had the online advantage, now consoles have taken over both.
I love PC gaming but it's retreated to its last refuge of FPS and Strategy games that work better with mice and now even I'm gonna but the XBox360 even though I've never owned a console before and I've been a PC gamer since before Wolfenstein 1 and Duke Nuken 1.
Consoles win, we all lose
