Hottest day of the year in Waco was Sept 26. The temperature was 108 degrees fahrenheit.

I think more specifically its Waco. I've seen massive storm cells split up before hitting Waco, then merge back together after it has passed us by.

So far I have managed to avoid Iraq, and instead got sent to Nellis AFB (vegas) where I spent a month getting drunk and watching civilians do my job.

Be glad you're not up here in Minot, where the plunge to temperatures far below zero begins in october.

I want that temperature. I like winter. There are about 4 days of winter in Waco. Thats when it freezes. And then melts away. Then spring starts.

Northern Hemisphere? I can tell you now that not everywhere in the Northern Hemisphere is baking hot. Perhaps you mean Northern Americas? Perhaps you forgot the rest of the world exists again?
