Hi, We are Disney.
We want moneys. We want LOTR type moneys
We make LOTR 2. We think LOTR 2 = moneys.
We will replicate the formula.
We will use a NZ director
We will use literary text as acclaimed as and as critical as Tolkien - by all intents and purposes it's rival.
We will do production in NZ
We will sell Christian allegory to kids as harmless entertainment.
We hope for moneys.
We are Disney. We are not Satan.
We even launch on Boxing Day.

End Rant.

"Boxing Day"? Hahaha.

What a colonial. Leave the Commonwealth - join the Dark Side.

Lewis all the way.

He was more veristaile. He wrote memoirs, letters, general non-fiction, philosophy, children's fiction, fantasy, mythical legends, sci-fi, and that all that I can think of at the moment.

Your point?

He spent most of his adult life writing one book, which is a classic.

Lewis has many books that are classics.

Mere Christianity, The Space Trilogy, Narnia, Screwtape Letters, etc...

Although I agree CS Lewis is a great writer, Tolkien developed a realm that is used to this day not just for the setting of books but games as well.
