Re: New shows! (Fall 2010)
I don't really know what I was expecting tbh, I just wasn't feeling it. It didn't push my buttons the same way other shows have. Like the OMG! moment when you first heard the noise of the Black Smoke in LOST, or saw Clark Kent speeding through the cornfields, or the countdown clock at the end of 24...

Re: New shows! (Fall 2010)
From this new website called "wikipedia" Martin Scorsese was involved in the project even before creator Terence Winter. He directed the pilot and established the look of the show, which other directors later emulated to make the show feel seamless. He is also one of the executive produce...

Re: New shows! (Fall 2010)
Is Scorcese going to direct the whole series or just the first or maybe just the first handful of episodes?

Re: This film will rape your soul
From the plot description on Wikipedia, this film sounds like a live action version of that old 'The Aristocrats' joke.

http://30.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_l5zfhjCVFp1qc7qcko1_400.png I read in one of IMDB's forum in which a poster suggested that everything in the movie took place in Cobb's dream state because there was no way he could be in Paris one moment and Mombasa the next. I sort of agree with him because it re...

Best movie seen in a very, very long time. KInda wondered how David Fincher would have done this movie with the same cast & script...
Re: Moon
Great film. Top notch acting and writing. But I thought it was about 20-30 minutes too short! This is one of the few times I'd wished a film was longer. I would have loved to see Sam, near the end of his life, hallucinate even more. And that's my only gripe with this film was that you never quite ge...

I had forgotten about this thread... Whumpboxol A winged creature with the head of a baboons ass and the body of a diseased mexican whore that feeds on the feet of homosexuals. Conksnogger The age old Scandinavian rite of passage where you, a pimply adolescent of 15 is frantically fingering your gi...

Patrick Swayze doesn't want anybody to put baby in the corner.
Michael Jackson just wants somebody to put the baby on his face.
Too soon?

Re: Disney buys Marvel for $4 billion
Oh, you know they're going to fuck everything up soooooo badly and water everything down to sell to the tweens demographic. Weren't Marvel already doing that anyway? Yeah, I know. All comic book based movies are somewhat watered down compared with the original publications. I'm just afraid they wil...

Re: Disney buys Marvel for $4 billion
Not much is gonna change except for the introduction of a new superhero starring the unthawed corpse of Walt Disney. And all comic book based movies(and upcoming features as well) will star or co-star Miley Cyrus and/or the Jonas Brothers. Oh, you know they're going to fuck everything up soooooo bad...

I saw a new one today... well, I didn't see the video, but I saw the availability of the file. http://lookpic.com/i/35/JKFs8JGt.jpeg I've never seen any of these... they look really crappy. Hey, that's Lisa Ann - she played 'Sarah Paylin' in 'Who's Nailin' Paylin?' http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Who'...
