USA went through yesterday with a last gasp winner against Algeria and will face Ghana in the next round. Coincidentally Ghana knocked USA out 4 years ago (I think) so there will be an old score to settle. Anyone been watching it? England face Germany on Sunday, should be a cracking game as it's always a grudge match.

I reckon ze nazi's would be a good bet to go on and win this now. Although England made them look good with some dodgy defending and overall shit play, Germany have strength in all area's of the pitch and have showed probably the best team work apart from maybe the Brazilians.

Bit disappointed by ze nazi's performace last night. They looked lethargic and Muellar's replacement was awful. Having said that Spain were like the Harlem Globetrotters. The Germans gave them way too much space and Xavi and Iniesta punished them for 90 minutes as a result.
After being guilty of constant under achievement in most major competitions, it looks like Spain are gonna add a world cup to their european trophy they won in 2008.
Is it just me or does it look like he's having a gay hissy fit?
