The Iron Claw

I recently saw ‘The Iron Claw’ a couple days before Christmas. If you aren’t familiar, here’s the synopsis:

“The true story of the inseparable Von Erich brothers, who made history in the intensely competitive world of professional wrestling in the early 1980s. Through tragedy and triumph, under the shadow of their domineering father and coach, the brothers seek larger-than-life immortality on the biggest stage in sports.”

I watched WWF wrasslin’ back in the mid-eighties, but wasn’t familiar with the Von Erichs or their story. This movie is outstanding. The story is compelling and the cast is amazing… and HOLY SHIT Zac Efron looks like a beast! He and Jeremy Allen White are just terrific and not enough pee-poles are talking about this movie.
