Need help broken subtitles

I bought Les Visiteurs DVD recently but unfortunatelly it doesn't contain subtitles in my language :( . I was searching for a long time and when I finally found subtitles they are running out of time <_< . I know this can be fixed with some subtitle editing software but don't have much experience in this kind of problems. Please I would be very grateful if someone could fix this for me. Please help me I wanna watch this movie with my girlfriend its her favourite. Thanks in advance.
