Mid-season cheat sheet (2010 TV)
This handy list of return/premiere dates might help you set your Tivos for 2010. I'll include everything, but the ones that I care about are in BOLD.

Thanks Dex - you've literally saved me hours!
Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better idiot-proof programs, and the Universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the Universe is winning.

Re: Mid-season cheat sheet (2010 TV)
I do too. There are times while Ive been watching it that I felt it was painfully shit but couldn't help going back for more. What was up with such a short season? What was it like, 8 or 9 episodes or something?
Re: Mid-season cheat sheet (2010 TV)
It must be a UK thing, because I've never heard of anyone watching it besides the two of you wankers.
I "watched" the 3-hour pilot back when it first aired, having seen nothing Stargate before(except for the original movie), and I was bored to tears.
The first hour or so was filled with unnecessary flashbacks that only caused confusion - which only works if there is a big mystery to be revealed, not the 15 minute tiny mystery that was SGU. It was riddled with bad acting from soulless characters whom I didn't give two shits about, as well as unnecessary conflict sprinkled about... to make the show seem "serious" and/or "dramatic".
When it comes down to it, the entire pilot could have been summed up in about 40 min, but was drawn out into 180 minutes. For making me utterly waste my time with pure nonsense, that show deserves a permanent seat in the "worst TV shows of 2000-2009" for me.
Alright, back on topic.

Re: Mid-season cheat sheet (2010 TV)
Wow... that's not cool FOX.
Bad formtv.com wrote:According to a report in Broadcasting & Cable, Fox has decided to air the next new episode of House on January 11, which happens to coincide with the regular time-slot premiere of NBC's Chuck.
House was due to return on January 25, giving Chuck a head start to gain momentum in its Monday time slot. But once NBC announced its mid-season schedule, Fox took a look and altered the lineup
Fox's shrewd move isn't all bad for Chuck, as the show's two-hour season premiere will still air on Sunday, January 10. But if I was a hardcore Chuck fan, I'd be really upset about this.
Fox is also reportedly moving a new episode of Fringe so that it follows House on January 11... which means Fringe will go up against Heroes in its new time slot.

Re: Mid-season cheat sheet (2010 TV)
Not knocking shows enjoyed by others, I've only kept the ones that I'm interested. Dex's midseason listing is full of win and goodness because I would have missed a lot of these. Also, a good portion of these shows are enjoyed by me now because Angelbaby and Dex turned me onto watching them in the first place.
