Best Horror Movie you have ever seen

there are soo many good horror flicks out there...
but imo the All time best is: The Exorcist (Classic)
although...Shining, Friday the 13th etc...
but one of the new horror flicks I liked was White Noise...
and the upcoming...Pulse, seems nice as well

'The Ring' quickly leaped to the top of my list, but 'The Shining' and 'The Exorcist' are classics.
'White Noise' was meh.

The Shining is number one all by itself.
Everything else pales in comparison.

People Under the Stairs.
Because I was young when I saw it and the people under the stairs were gross.
Halloween is up there too.
Session 9 was a creepy recent one.
To be honest I think I'd be more psychologically damaged by gay porn than any horror movie.

28 Days Later and any of the Romero Zombie Movies.
To me, nothing is scarier the end of the world, last person alive, brain eating zombie movies.

No you don't.
Silent Hill took everything great about the video game, bent it over, and anally raped it. Then they took a few common features of all the games and the "coolest" monsters and used them like any other crapass hackneyed Hollywood horror movie.
Cristophe Gans should be sent to meet Xuchilbara personally.

I don't think I've ever seen a truly scary movie.
I liked "The Ring" a lot, mostly for the suspense as well as the horror elements, and the fact that it was just downright creepy as well.

Scary Movie 1, 2, & 3 made me poo my pants.
28 Days was good. I totally forgot about that movie.

I had to peel my girlfriend off the ceiling of the theatre after the scene where Cillian Murphy’s character lights the candle in his parent’s house.
Although it wasn’t necessarily a horror, I found Jacobs Ladder disturbing.

I have laughed through Ring, Ring 2, Grudge, Pulse, and will probably do the same for Grudge 2...
28 Days Later was really good, though. And Dawn of the Dead...
