Hey guys. I have to shut down the site again. By 11:59pm tonight to be precise. And this time, forever. I got a cease and desist letter from Hayden Panettiere’s manager and lawyer and they want to me take everything offline because of the personal pictures of Hayden that i posted a while back. Thing is, they sent the e-mail to my old address (which i don’t really check anymore) and it’s already past the date that i was supposed to take the pics down. So they sent another e-mail telling me that they’d contacted higher authorities and are now pursuing a criminal and civil claim against me. Not only that but i also have to take the whole site down as well.

Anyhow, since i have to delete everything, i might as well post up the initial C&D request that i got exactly a week ago today (and that’s 7 days ago, last Friday) even though i’m not supposed to.

Well, another one bites the dust, again. Justin, you really ought to just consider merely talking about these women, rather than posting pictures. Perhaps ASCII images or something could be termed as “artistic license,” though I really don’t think you could tell one chick from another, except for maybe by rack-size.
In any case, as the closest thing you have to a lawyer, I’d highly recommend putting the Peter Andre site back up, because I don’t think he’s nearly as likely to file suit, and it would comply with any cease and desist order from Hayden Panettiere’s attorney. The sooner you get around to this, the better, given that he’s more than likely filing the papers with the FTC today, which only gives you Monday and Tuesday to file a response. If you like, I can write up an amicus curiae brief and have it faxed over to the presiding judge, whose name you’ll probably find out on Monday or Tuesday when you get served.
