In basic (for us USAF folks) our T.I.'s (Training instructors, we're not good enough for drill instructors) would restrict our diet to the bare minimum that was required to survive.
I do mean bare minimum. A bite of a sandwhich here. A little bit of eggs there.
At the end of basic we get to roam semi-free and go to the shopette (military 7-11) and buy whatever we want. So of course we go for the Burger King and candy bars.
After 6 weeks of not eating that shit, your body doesn't want to accept junk food all that much and rejects it in a very liquidy brown shit type of way. :blink:
