On Keeping NWS stuff out of Avatars and Sigs

I really like these forums. I like to get on them anytime there is a public termianl open.

I don't like going to forums in public places when there are half naked women and men splattered across the screen.

If you ever log onto the forums at your place of business, school, or friends house I am sure you have run into the same problem.

This poll is brought to try and make a new policy for these forums that any obscenely nws stuff be kept out of sig lines and avatars.

I have yet to really see anything that one wouldn't feel safe viewing in public but as with all forums the topic will come around and I felt now would be a decent time to bring up the question?

Whaddaya say justin(who from what I read I understand is my friend=>)?

Porn and stuff nsfw to be kept behind such tags in a title only?

There is a way to get rid of that. View the board without images and sigs. Very simple. Its not like we post pics heavily and what not.

Use firefox, adblock questionable images, that way you see all the pics without the roooooooooode ones.

This isn't a site that you should visit if you are in a large corporate environment. If you insist, use the filters. And keep in mind that, despite any current laws, the I.T. department IS watching what you surf. They get bored, and you entertain them.
You want to read this site from a public termianl (sic) yet you don't want pics of half-naked women and men. My advise is to not view this site from a public terminal. That "view new posts" link can wait til you get home.
