I did blockbuster of the first ten episodes of The Wire. What a compelling drama...it sucked me in pretty damn quick.

It's like netflix, but with the added benefit of being able to take the discs I receive in the mail and return them in store for more rentals. So, like in this case, I got to watch 5 discs of The Wire (13 episodes) in 2 days instead of waiting for snail mail.

Netflix has the added benefit of being a real company that hasn't declared bankruptcy and who's stock is worth more than $0.02

If you had NetFlix, you could stream the entire series to your computer/blu-ray/tivo and watch instantly.

And not transport it with me up north, in a car or to different dvd players within my house.

Ive had netflix and blockbuster for like 2 years. I had blockbuster originally because of exactly what smash was talking about with in store trade ins. I abused the shit out of that. I ran out of movies I wanted to watch in store eventually. Then xbox got netflix streaming so I decided to try that out and loved it. So I couldnt decide to cancel either one of them. In the end Ill probably end up cancelling blockbuster simply because I havent gone into a blockbuster store in 2-3 years.
