I agree with you, Smash. The Batpod is REALLY iffy looking.

Though they say it pops out of the Tumbler like an ejector seat escape thingy or something.

Still...

It's a BatTrike.

And I haven't treated trikes seriously since Dune 2

Yer a dirty liar, commie. There was no Dune 2... unless you mean the book. If you mean TV movie, you are thinking of Children of Dune...but if you were referring to that, I believe they had trikes in the first dune.

Unless you mean the computer game? And then I stand humbled.

Yeah, Dune 2000 is awesome too. I have both 2 and 2000 on disk.

I downloaded Emperor off Ares, but I can't remember if I ever beat it. I can't remember ever beating the Geidi Prime level.

I wish the company who was going to make Dune Generations hadn't of folded.

But anyway, before we get raped for thread-jacking, umm... Batman good?

That link was taped to the bottom of dollar bills that have been circulating around the San Diego Comic Con with George Washington's face painted to look like The Joker.

Sounds viral to me.

Oh man.

They're going to have the batsuit in good lighting.

To be fair, it's probably an impossible job to design one that won't look a little silly.

Yeah. In daylight, some of the stills from Dark Horizons, you can see the Batsuit has that horrible fabric-y crease (A la old school TV batman) especially around the leg areas.

And its kind of a subtle spoiler showing a bunch of Batman dressed people in one of the stills.

And is it just me, or does the new Joker have that face-painted streaky look about him that was last seen in The Crow?

Doesn't look like a bag of hot pussy but I think that kind of make-up comes alive when in motion so the stills don't do it justice.

I still kinda prefer the old suit to this one. That whole electronic wiring look to it just undermines the simplicity of the last one.

Oh well. Final verdict once the movie is out.

I have to admit, the Trike is growing on me.

On the other hand, the point of the movie is the Joker and so far the Joker looks excellent..

I'm given to understand that Two-Face (not just Harvey Dent), will make his appearance sometime around the movie's end, which...makes sense.
