Yeah, I immediately looked at Mexico City, too. Then, when I found out Sanborn Citysets was for US cities -- I started looking at either New Jersey or New York.

Correct. The German High Seas Fleet was moved there immediately after their defeat in World War One. The German Admiral ordered the fleet's scuttling one day in 1919, rather than see the Brits get their hands on it.
