Saddam's presidential yacht "al-Mansur" ("The Victor"...taste the irony) sunk by coalition bombs in the Shatt-al-Arab waterway near Basra.

That would be the Memorial to Murdered Jews of Europe (Stiftung Denkmal für die ermordeten Juden Europas), also known as the Holocaust Memorial, in Berlin. Google Earth's accuracy is a few blocks off, so it took me a few minutes to verify. Here's a Wikipedia link, for your own personal edification.

This one's pretty easy; so much so that I deliberately went a little bit overboard on the zoom. I'd expect it'll be solved fairly quickly, though. My only question is, where's David Beckham's house?

Bingo! The building of the Aswan High Dam caused Lake Nasser to form in its wake on the Nile River. Hence, the Lake Mead reference in the clue.

I don't know how well known the subject of the image is, in general. I've been fascinated by it and it's kind since reading of them as a child.
