The implication wasn't that you were wrong, but that it took a while to sift through the other "America's Versailles" before I found this one. I almost overloaded the google earth servers with my rapid queries.

You can see this ring from space, so I am leery about giving out clues too soon. I found it just zooming along at about an altitude of 50 miles in google earth and had to look it up.(/edit)

I just saw that Umgawa is actually online. He (she?) ought to post something, since it's one of those rare events, like an eclipse.

The problem with this thread is AB gets to search for answer while at work, and most of us can't. By the time I can freely google earth search, she's already solved it like the genius that she are.

You want that I should wait 'til 5pm pacific time to give at least the majority of posters an opportunity?
