Tin Man

OK, who saw it?

I thought it was really a fantastic re-imagining of the wizard of oz tale. A bit overacted in a few parts, but wow, it was fun.

That's what happened to me when I tried to watch Tin Man.

Admittedly, it had been a long day, and I'm still getting over a pretty bad cold, but that movie knocked me out like a double-shot of NyQuil.

Perhaps I will try again under different circumstances...

Ahh. It got better as the episodes progressed, for sure. The first half hour was definitely the slowest.

I watched the last hour or so of it in a hotel in NJ. It was what I feared would be the case. Somehow over dramatic acting set against ... unbelievable backdrops?

I wish I knew how sci-fi shows could fix things...but they fail mostly...esp on the small screen. :(
