Heroes

The way I figured it, it was because he was "Losing Control" he wasn't able to concentrate enough to fly himself or else he probably would have.
I'm actually wondering whether or not PP will be back at all. I mean, they've made him too damned powerful, so unless he comes back neutered, or does a spirit walk to gain control of his emo powers, he's just gonna be hanging around solving all the problems and butchering any chance of despair in future seasons. He is hope after all...
And given that Heroes is probably such a cash cow, they'll no doubt wanna drag these things on forever, so how long will they drag the "I can't quite control it / I'm gonna cause a big disaster again" storyline on for?
Was he close enough to tracker girl to now be able to track Sylar himself? If so when he comes back he can just find him, batter him, and then get on with being a saviour.
If PP really is dead (at least for a while), then it becomes much more of a struggle for the other characters to pick up the pieces and deal with the next looming tragedy, especially if Sylar is still about, 'cos he can kick some serious ass.
He just needs a cool armoured costume like Dr. Doom to deflect those sword attacks.

Emo sneer is incredibly dangerous because, unlike certain people, once he gets a power he absolutely sucks at controlling it.
I mean look at my guy, did he blow up the city?
Did he ever even act like he was going to? Besides that one time.
It was only ever emo sneer that was putting the world in trouble.
Thank god my guy's still around to put him down him if he ever comes back.

'Your guy' would be so much cooler if they hadn't shown him being an emo bitch with his mommy.
But I totally agree that PP should probably go away. "All you need is love?" Seriously? Besides, the Super Friends would have a much more interesting time dealing with Sylar without him.
I just hope that Nathan flew away before getting exploded. The flying thing is, like, the most awesomest thing to watch evar.
And shouldn't New York be worried about some nuclear fallout? Or are we just supposed to file that away in the suspension of disbelief folder?

There's no fallout from a nuclear air burst. Fallout consists of particles picked up by a ground or near-ground blast and thrown into the atmosphere.
Plus, we really don't know what form of blast Peter produces. If it were truly nuclear, there should've been massive EMP that would've blacked out all of Manhattan. Of course this depends on both Peter's explosive yield and altitude at the time of the blast for that effect to be fully realized.

Re: Heroes
I planned on finishing Heroes season 1 HD DVD before Season 2 started (yes, I saw all of season 1 on standard-def TV).
I lost track of time or something, because I just realized the season starts tomorrow night, and I have 7 episodes left to watch. Time for a Heroes HD marathon!
Lets see... 7 episodes x 42 min each = roughly 5 hours. I might have to hold off watching season 2 until Tuesday or Wesnesday
