Though intriguing, I would think that quite a bit of reformulation would have to take place in order to make good mama-milk ice cream. Human milk has alot less protein than cow's milk. It has roughly the same amount of fat, but I don't recall ever seeing it separate into a real "cream" layer.

Besides, B&J's ice cream already costs a fortune. Can you imagine how much it would cost if it were human-milk based? Chubby Hubby, $20/pint.
