At that angle it's pretty hard to say. It looks like she's leaning on the tiles, in which case I say no (or at least a superb job by the surgeon). If she's not against them, then the roundness would only be caused by implants.

Aria is indeed famous for her all-natural curves. Actually, a couple years ago she appeared to be getting...um, a bit too voluptuous. I don't have a clue what her most recent photos look like.
