This was an excerpt taken from an IMDB post concerning a subliminal audio message hidden in the Halloween image on whysoserious.com

alright, bare with me here, there will be some technical audio mumbo-jumbo in this explanation...

so noticing the candle is supposedly getting lower, i decided to search for other hidden stuff...alas, no hidden text, but i cranked the audio with my headphones on and heard some really faint spikes in the audio. remembering the Scavenger Hunt, i figured they could be blips and bloops (i.e. Morse Code).

so i routed the audio from the Line Out of my computer into my Pro Tools rig and recorded the audio coming from the site. it was all scrambled (basically white noise) but using some creative tools i was able to 'strip' the noise out, leaving only the spikes i heard!! granted i had to add a lot of gain to the remaining spikes, and translating Morse Code is a friggin' pain (luckily i refreshed the page upon recording so i knew where to start).

as i'm typing this, i realized i should include a snapshot so it makes sense:
here

it reads:
P R O V E R B S 2 4 1 9 2 0

i grew up Catholic, clearly it's a Bible verse, right?? didn't take me long to figure out it was Proverbs 24:19-20. now check THIS...

Fret not thyself because of evil men, neither be thou envious at the wicked:
For there shall be no reward to the evil man; the candle of the wicked shall be put out.

that's...friggin...insane...

i'm really behind schedule now, i've been at this all morning. i'll be around, if there are any thoughts.

I bet his therapist had some thoughts. lol

After all that trouble he could have just pulled apart all the code like so many others did. It's just a flash file with the extensions in the progression of the candle changes left blank so no one can guess whats coming.

Oh look, it's Heath Ledger, teenage heartthrob.

Ah yes. I liked the Jack Nicholson joker, but I think I'll like fucking scary Joker better.

Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better idiot-proof programs, and the Universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the Universe is winning.

I actually don't like those promo pics.

Batman looks too Batman and Robin and Joker looks like an old woman in the second last one.

Whitespace is not a friend of that universe.

The white background is definitely not faltering to Bats. The other photos of the new bat suit did it more justice. Can't wait to see this.

Jokers face in the 2nd photo (next to batmans) says it all.
Photographer: "We're gonna take this photo and put it on a white background"
Joker: "you gonna do what?!"

I'm surprised nobody commented on the 6 minute footage they've been showing?

Did you see it? Did you like it?

It's a good piece of footage but the stuff coming up is even better.

Do you have a link to any sites that have the six minutes of footage.

Nope.

I don't think anyone would have nabbed it. If they did it won't be as good. Pretty sure even the best bootlegger can't grab accurate footage of an entire IMAX screen.

Well I don’t know shit about I am Legend except that it strays from its source material and suffers for it but here is the six minutes in question (this link comes bundled with the assumption that you're not clicking it for video quality) as well as these things,

Also if you happen to be on YouTube and search for Dark Knight trailer and sort by date added you can see more really shitty captures of the the new trailer if you want.

Anyways I am happy with the six minutes.
