Why oh why have they decided to keep making Ugly Betty? Does anybody even watch it anymore? Scratch that, I know one person who does and unfortunately I have to share a television with this person. I'd rather count the wrinkles on a stray dogs nuts than have that crap on my tv.

I hope the producers trip on some acid in the near future. Except for Selma Hayek. She makes my cream flow.

I'm told that Mad Men is amazing, but even if I had time to see every show that people said was amazing I still wouldn't have time to.

We've got

Fringe
Breaking Bad
True Blood
Mad Men
Burn Notice
Glee
Dexter
Nip/Tuck
Doll/House

and good lord that is 10 hours a week.

Smallville - ending of last season gave a glimmer of hope that the show might actually start bringing in some supermanness
Fringe - they've revealed a lot now, so where are they gonna go from here? somewhere fucked up I hope
Nip/Tuck - Was hoping to see starbuck's titties in this one, but alas that aint gonna happen :'(
LOST - BOOM
Heroes - Dunno why I put myself through it anymore, but at least the trailer shows promise

I understand if you couldn't follow it.

It wasn't in Japanese and had no tentacles.

As no-one has said this yet - I'll be the first to say fantastic list Dex, well done!!

Ugly Betty - Betty reminds me too much of my ex - but the wife loves it so I have to have it on my telly - I work shifts so most of the time she catches up when I'm not in the house.

I'm following 32 of those series at the moment - not to mention; Dr. Who, Torchwood, Scrubs, Flashpoint, In Plain Sight and Virtuality (if it goes to series) and a few others that are running at the moment. I mostly wait until I have 5 or 6 of one series and watch them back to back. Others I store until the summer and catch up with them then. Looks like I'll be budgeting for some more DVD's and HDD's!
Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better idiot-proof programs, and the Universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the Universe is winning.

Wow...Jay Leno's new show is getting RAEPED by the critics. Here's a smattering of blasts:

Robert Bianco of USA Today slammed it as a "cut-rate, snooze-inducing rehashed bore."

The Los Angeles Times' Mary McNamara called the show "a strange, shallow puddle of comedy."
"This is the future of television?" she wrote. "This wasn't even a good rendition of television past."

Alessandra Stanley of The New York Times opined, "So much ink has been devoted to describing how Mr. Leno's new show would depart from his old one that it was startling to see how little difference there was."

Ouch.

I expected this gratitude from some of my OLDER friends... but thank you. It's better than nothing

Thursday was great, but I already burnt myself out. Thursday night was comedy (The Office, Parks & Recs, Community) and Friday was the epic part of Thursday's recordings (Survivor, Fringe).
My TiVo is STARVING right now.

I think I'll watch that unaired EP 13 from season 1 of Dollhouse that I downloaded from the DVD rips
