Today i would like to touch upon some of the more noteworthy comments that have been left recently (and not so recently) in my comments… thing.

I personally don’t know what the real story behind the whole Libby Hoeler fiasco. But these two other guys seem to have a different opinion.
as a first hand source i just wanted to let you know that libby’s boyfriend did not receive any kind of jail sentence. he also did not put her name and address on the videos. that happened later after they had been circulating for a few weeks.

i know libby hoeller’s ex-boyfriend… videos got uploaded accidentally… were in his download folder, and people uploaded it over Scour back in the day…
he did not get a 12 month prison sentance… he is alive and well, attending university of indiana, highly amused by it… they broke up but maintained a sex relationship for seven more months…

And not only that, i had this really nice girl from Cali IMing me a coupla days ago. Really nice girl. Big fan of the site too so that’s always plus. Been reading for the past two weeks and it took her that long to finally IM me. Said she was nervous about contacting me. Aww. I thought that was sweet.
It also boosted my ego to no end but that’s beside the point.
Anyway, she’s like telling me how she has Kirsten’s autograph and i was like, “!!!!”. Told me that she got it from when Kirsten and a certain Ms. Dushku were shooting Bring It On on location at her high school like 2 years ago or something.

Kirsten was with Tobey Maguire. I was at the Troubadour (this club in LA..I’m not sure if you’ve heard of it or not) seeing this band – Rilo Kiley (Jenny Lewis of Troop Beverly Hills fame is in it). I knew that Tobey would be there cause he was at their last show. But I was kind of surprised that he had brought Kirsten. It was a very interesting night all together. Tobey hit on my friend. I thought he was dating Kirsten? Hmm..anyway, a little story for you. 😀

I am a Navy veteran temporarily separated
for disability (medical condition) reasons
from a medical separation from the Navy in 1998.
My condition is resolved, but I am still in
a year long now struggle to try to resume
my Navy career, in a militarily bureaucratic
system where procedures are far more important
than people ((military) "Disability Evaluation
System" (DES)).
I am a "TDRL" member
(TDRL = Temporary Disability Retired List).
I have to travel to Bethesda, Maryland at
the beginning of March, for a Formal Hearing
before the (Navy) Formal "Physical Evaluation
Board" (PEB) at Bethesda, Maryland, with
assistance of an appointed Navy JAG (attorney)
assigned at the PEB to make my case with me
(not for me), and have to stay there as well,
and I am not financially well off,
to say the least.
The burden is also on me to get new medical
information / evidence (a "second opinion")
in order to have any chance for any difference
between the informal PEB (record review)
preliminary finding that I am UNFIT, and
potential chance that I may receive a final
determination from the Formal PEB at my Formal
Hearing (Full and Fair Hearing) of FIT, that
would permit me to process for reenlistment.
I do not agree with the finding as the Navy
has already decided about me in the finding
that has taken place so far, as being
incorrect and flawed, but then again, the
reality of it is that they simply do not
really know me at all, but have the power
of these decisions (at a distance).
It is however puzzling to me that I still
need to offer "proof" that I am "alright"
(functioning vs. impairment).

This is getting interesting. How in the world can an attorney stop freedom of speech? I’ve never heard of such a thing in my life. People have a right to discuss Libby Hoeller as much as they have a right to discuss anything.

Well… what is all of this about. Guys… you need to forget about the videos
she made and let her live her life. I believe she was very young and naive when
she made the videos. Given enough time, things will hopefully settle.
Her attorney (or mom) cannot stop freedom of speech. She can – however –
under international copyright law require sites to remove all content (or better
the videos) she made.
I am 30 years old now and I know some girls who have done similar things
for their boyfriends. Obviously, a girl in love is usually a girl who wants to
make her boyfriend happy. The one without guilt must throw the first stone.
Anyways… to me the whole thing is starting to get old. A girl like
Elizabeth should be allowed to live her life and you guys should not carry
on discussing the mishaps of the past. Maybe, some of you guys are just
jealous for not having her as your girlfriend. She definitely looks great and
she has a face like an angel but well… beauty is in the eye of the beholder…
