Doesn’t it odd you out a little bit that you seem to be providing ‘the’ forum for people to group-stalk that girl? I’m sure they’d find somewhere to do it on their own if you pulled the plug on it, but it’d make me feel sleazy to be kind-of-sort-of ‘supporting’ it. Oh no, I may be kind-of-sort-of ‘supporting’ it by viewing your site! The fact that I’ve watched the video doesn’t help my case any either… I need to go to church and repent. Oh, wait if I go to chuch Father Mackie might try to butt rape me. Life is so hard.
hmm. i dunno. beyond what i posted myself (which is pretty much just a collection of what other people have already said and is readily available elsewhere online anyway) all of the extra information found in the comments come from what other people have found out themselves. plus they’re pretty much responsible for posting up whatever they post up. i dunno. perhaps i should take it down? maybe once i get properly legally threatened (somewhat like how libby’s mom/aunt(?) did(-n’t do properly) the last time).
of course then they’d have to go an threaten all the other sites that have libby stuff on them (of which there are quite a number… just so happens that mine is the near definitive one to go to) and i doubt that will be happening anytime soon.
they’d have to send a proper cease and desist letter for me to even take their threats seriously though right? how does it work anyway?
anyhow, just to clarify, even though i have that libby page up, i personally have never tried stalking her nor do i support stalking (i’ve been stalked by a psycho chick before i know how it feels!). at the time of posting, i just thought it was a pretty interesting story (that had already been posted about but i figured i’d post a collection of all the stories found on my own site). little did i know that it was to be the most commented on and probably the most visited page on this site.
i guess you could possibly file the libby page under ‘conflict of freedom of speech and ethics’. or something. am i even making sense?

Legal ramifications or not…
Don’t you feel at all bad for this girl? What did Libby do to deserve being harassed for? What did her grandfather do?
I watched the video too. And while this might mean I am contributing to the damage, it also means I can safely say… it was a sweet, loving thing done by a young girl for her boyfriend.
And she gets to spend the rest of her life paying for it.
And as far as Kobe Bryant’s accuser…. *sigh* Imagine if she’s telling the truth? I wasn’t in the room that night, but imagine for a second that he did rape her.
If he did, not only does she have to live with the trauma of the assault, but she gets to have her face plastered on the Internet so people can taunt her, belittle her, and harass her.
This is the kind of shit I hate about the Internet.
Libby didn’t ask to become your Freshman Fantasy. Leave her alone, you stupid pricks.
yeah, it’s the crazy stalker types that’s causing all the trouble. but a lot of other people do seem to genuinely feel sorry for the girl from some of the comments that’ve been left.
has anybody actually read through all those comments? i cant say that i have. waaaay too many. but i guess its worth a read if you’re ever bored enough. just dont stalk!

I know you didn’t ask me, but I’ll answer anyhow.
I enjoyed watching the videos, but after reading through most of the stalker comments I felt bad for her, and that ruined any ‘appeal’ that watching her get herself off had for me. Once I seemed to be watching ‘Libby’ instead of just ‘some chick’ I felt wrong watching.
I think it’s up to you to decide if you want to watch them or not. If you’re cool with it, fine by me. If you’re not, fine by me. As long as people realize the ‘stalker’ aspect is fucked up everything is okay in my book.
Feel free to point out the 1,000 ways I’m wrong here.

"I have also been frantically searching for Libby’s phone number at this ‘new’ address…Someone in the Madison area should go knock on her door… :-)"
This gave me a nasty feeling in the back of my throat.

Yes, everyone who makes a bad decision (in this case, an 18-year-old trusting her boyfriend) should have stupid Internet masturbators calling their houses, knocking on their doors, and invading their lives.
I’ve read a lot of idiotic comments on this site.
Yours is the dumbest I’ve seen. (Although Mr. Rocks right after you might tie.)
I’m actually rather sickened that people like you exist.

after seeing the video and realizing that libby is actually expressing her love for her boyfriend, it made me utterly sad and depressed. What is the world coming to?

Glad the FBI called that little fucker. Like there was any reason to look up her phone number but for fulling his own twisted desires. It sure the hell ain’t her desire to be stalked. Go grab a beer at your local pub and find a woman LOOKING for your advances dip shit. It’s called "A Life" get one! And while you are at it please seek proffesional mental help…soon. (Yes I know that he isn’t reading it.)

I can’t believe thay someone called her grandparents. No wait, yes I can, the internet is full of freaks. I made a point of finding a portion of one of the videos where she is "clothed" and showed it to my 13 year old daughter. Then I let her read the comments on the site. She was entirely freaked out. Was this the right thing to do, I don’t know, but I do know that it made a huge impact on her to the point that she wiped out her profiles on IM and MSN.
Don’t get me entirley wrong. I like to look at a beautiful women. If someday my daughter posed for Playboy I would support her wholly, but the first time some freak from the internet called me up at my house, I can guarantee you I would use every means at my disposal to hunt the fucker down.
Even if you make a mistake with a DUI, or a posession charge, at some point in the future you can get it expunged from your record. I think it is time that we let this individual go on with her life.

… I share bill’s concerns.
Not to mention, this whole thing really encourages chicks to never provide naked videos to the men in their lives.
If a girl is ever tempted… she need only remember poor Libby.

… and by sharing bill’s concerns, I mean about the whole "supporting the stalking" thing. Not the worry about Father Mackie butt-raping me.
I’m 20 years too old, and 180 degrees from the wrong gender to attract the eye (or anything else) of Father Mackie.
