I'm pretty sure I am wrong, but I can't find pictures to prove that my guess is the place, but even more impossible...I can't find pictures to DISPROVE my guess...

...so I shall guess.

This, at least, will prompt another clue, unless Angelbaby is a yellow-bellied cheat!

My only guess is that it's somewhere in German because of the World Cup this passed year but I couldn't find any stadiums in any of the cities with molecule structures over the interstate.

Not in Germany and not on an interstate.

It's a famous attraction in a large Northern European city.

And even though it represents a molecule, think more "atomic" when you're doing your search.

Back in '85, in the stadium just to the left of the cube, some Liverpool fans got a little rambunctious, as football (soccer) fans tend to do, and they ran some Juventus fans back against a wall, which promptly fell over on the Juventus fans. I say this because I had to figure that out to figure out what the hell the cubey-lookin' thingy is. I ended up doing a search of football stadiums in lowlands countries (due to their silly distaste for proper traffic signals), which actually went pretty quickly, having eliminated the Netherlands almost immediately.

... Once I remembered the Heysel Stadium debacle, it was pretty easy. That's the Atomium statue, built for the 1958 World's Fair (do they even have those anymore?). It's 103 meters tall; made up of nine steel spheres, each of which is 18 meters in diameter; and is made to look like an iron crystal, but magnified 165 billion times. It's recently been refurbished, having replaced aluminum with stainless steel.

But I'm going to have to ask Smashy to remind me tomorrow to pick a new location, because I installed a new hard drive in my laptop and no longer have Google Earth on it.

Thank god!

I can't believe that one took so long.

Easy one, which I expect will be solved ... probably within the hour, and so I don't see the necessity for any sort of clue at the moment:

For god's sake, Old...I thought you said you just about had this one figured out last week (or at least a reasonable guess that would trigger another clue)...what's the hold-up? :?

That was a week ago. You really expect me to remember things that long?

Sometimes it's just easier to look at something more close up. It's probably easier if you can visualize looking at it from the front.

And another hint: Madonna did not buy her child from here. Oh, and there used to be a lot more foliage.

It almost looks like Angkor Wat.

Ha! I shoulda looked at this topic sooner.

Should I wait for confirmation from Umgawa?

yes, post away. It's indeed Angkor Wat. I just got tired of checking the forums every few hours. I honestly figured you guys would've gotten it sooner than that. I think that, if you zoom in far enough, you can actually see Maddox and Angelina Jolie picking out a new kid to adopt somewhere in there.

Unfortunately, this isn't an "hourly check" forum. If some of the folks that sit there and lurk without accounts would just register and start posting, maybe, but at this point I do every day or so.

Oh, and I'm still looking for inspiration of what to post. If I ever get sleep again it might help my motivation level. I'll figure out something soon, though. I promise.
