ZOMG FBIIIIIIII

So… about that Legendary Julianna Rose Mauriello post… i’m not entirely sure how many people realize this but did you know… that dontlinkthis.net… is listed… on… CYBERCRIMES.US?!?!

From their investigations page:

Current Sites Under Investigation

#2. http://dontlinkthis.net

Reason: Pedophile Gather & Resources Site “Illegal Dialogue, references to child rape, incest, kidnapping, corruption of minor child under the age of 16, links to off sites containing all the above and below content, impersonating known minor celebrities, fraud and impersonating a minor child under the age of 16 for either pleasure, profit, fantasy and or fame, dedicating user post able boards to a minor child under the age of 16 in an illicit manner”

LOLZ!!!!!!!!!

All that thanks to that this Legendary Julianna Rose Mauriello post ^_^

ZOMG FBI!? Not really.

I’ve known about this for quite a while now. Figured it’s about time to post about it. Seeing as to how much attention this legendary post has been/is still getting.

Cybercrimes.us is just a poor man’s Perverted-Justice/To Catch A Predator-ish type site. It has a shitty layout. It had an ever shittier layout before. What you see now is actually an updated redesign. Still shitty. It’s run by what’s probably just a bunch of soccer moms/dads who think of themselves as ‘Agents’ with an agenda to shut down sites that they think are pedo havens. Which is actually a good thing to do, i don’t doubt that. But it’s just funny to see my site, of all sites, being listed among a bunch of other legitimate pedo sites. They’ve obviously failed to see the humor of this site and have taken it way too seriously. Either that or they’re just n00bs and have never heard of ytmnd or 4chan.

I’d tell you to start reading from the first comment on this post, to see how all the drama started, but as one reader points out…

I’ve just read most of these comments starting from the first. And all I have to say is…

Confustion, followed by WTF, followed by confustion, followed by WTF.

So here’s the summarized version. From what i understand. Because fuck, even i don’t understand what’s going on in that post half the time. But starting from comment #300 and upwards:-

Basically (amongst other things in no particular order), cybercrime ‘agents’ find the post, start posting comments, basically threatening to shut down the site if i don’t remove all offending content, accusing us (me and Angelbaby) of deleting their comments – which none of us have ever done, as pointed out by Angelbaby in comment #347 and #351, then making ridiculous claims like contacting me a million times asking me to shut the site down (i have never once received anything from them, not even so much as a C&D), also leaving comments posing as other people with rather disturbing screennames (MidgetMolester??) and best of all…. e-mailing my hosting company asking them to take my site down… only to have an employee from the hosting company intercept the e-mail AND DELETE IT because… he’s a reader of the site and was actually following the comments in the legendary post! (see comment #360 and #372). AHAHAHAHA.

Anyway, long story short, Angelbaby proceeds to thoroughly PWN the Agents by debunking all their claims (comment #356) and funnily enough, they’ve never been back.

dontlinkthis.net used to be #2 on their list of “Websites Currently On the Verge of Shutdown Due Our Investigations” (HAHAHAHAHA such fucking bullshit). Now it’s down to #5. Aw shucks.

Visit their site HERE.

  6. Actually, I’m the only FBI presence here currently. I should by the only government agent here period, unless those NSA fuckers are trolling again.

    I’ve bigger fish to fry.

    Of course, I’m probably lying.

  7. Strange that they’re actually trying to find pedo sites. Now, who’s the real pedo me or them! I come to this site as comedy relief, that’s all. That website is out for money and that’s it. Don’t pay attention to them…they’re nothing!

  9. That’s funny, I had no idea that other post had ~1000 posts O.O I just don’t understand some people. I think the law goes way too far with its policies of prevention in all areas instead of of focusing on the actual crimes. It’s very different to look and not touch. As for dontlinkthis, I love the posts and the vast majority of actresses posted/discussed are well over 18.

  11. What I find odd is that they have this secret vault of “evidence” that they need a special code to enter. They sound like they have a good plausible story for being a child porn site, and linking to other child porn sites. I mean, shit, how else would you find such odd sites else wise? Oh, wait, all the sites seem pretty stupid. Save #5, what the hell makes #5 NA, not listed for content. Is that perhaps a real child porn site? The other sites are tame enough to put up links even, but the one site isn’t.

That site gives me more willies than this site ever could.

  18. I don’t post here often, and when I usually do it’s because I notice something, or read something that pushes the limits a bit too far for even my sense of decency.. That being said, Aside from a few inappropriate references of and I quote ” I’d still hit it” Justin actually has here a site (while updated on a relative infrequent basis) which dedicates itself to identifying and promoting up and coming young actresses.

Yes there are still some sickos that troll here, and Justin pokes fun at them with a creative use of a visitor counter. I have peeked in on a regular basis mainly to see just how long it WILL stay open. (especially with an average of 1 – 2 post per week to 2 weeks) even still I have not once seen videos or photos of any individual which did not appear either on national (public) television or from print in widely available trade magazines.

Now while I will admit I believe the site needs a new look to appear less juvenile, and less of a pedophilia ring (As the references, the pink pages, and much of the dialog suggests) I do not believe this to be an actual pedophilia site the content I’ve seen over the last 2 years would suggest otherwise.

on a final note. The job of an internet watch dog group is not to make an ass of themselves by threatening or harassing website owners, but to quietly in the background perform a thorough investigation. I did check out the site which was mentioned in the post. and I looked at their list. I even took a peek at a few of the sites. And while I saw one or 2 which fit the category, I also saw a site which actively promotes steps to recover from pedophilia, and a site about living naturally and making your own hemp clothing or some crap. There was also a 3rd site there while the cybercrimes page listed it as having links to photography of minors, I’d personally say some of these “minors” were at least 35 years of age, and not attractive at all to look at. This group is just grasping at straws. all the sites they have mentioned have already probably been fully investigated by the FBI and have probably been deemed safe. There are laws in place and this and other sites mention there do NOT violate any of them. in my poking around on their list I did not see one picture or link to a single illicit picture, now I did not go page by page and link by link…… But I don’t sit for 3 days and watch old Disney films frame by frame to see the one single frame out of 54 million which has questionable content. the average people do not notice these things in real life until they are pointed out and popularized by supposed watch dog groups.

Don’t be fooled by hype. There are many blogs like this one and Justin’s is far from being the best, but it’s entertaining at times and worth a look from time to time. but this is not the pedophile hot spot these idiots are claiming. As long as Justin remembers the laws, and doesn’t pull some stupid dumb ass move to get himself in trouble I’d say this site is in no danger of being shut down. (No offense Justin, nothing personal)

  19. That “watchdog” website tries so desperately to be legitimate in an era of many other “watchdog” websites that actually do their job with a little bit of integrity. Someone seriously needs to beat the owner/creator of Cybercrimes.us with a dictionary (or introduce them to dictionary.com, unless that is listed as a pedophilia site), and send them back to 2nd grade to relearn basic punctuation. That might give them a little more credibility.

  20. Bill Hicks said it years ago: self-righteous religious/right-wing types have an inability to see irony and/or satire, so they take everything literally.

These are people who call themselves “pro-life”, yet advocate for murdering abortion doctors. Or support the Iraq war. And on and on.

  24. #9: It’s not the law, it’s some parents with too much time on their hands desperately looking to make the world a safer place. Nice ends, even if their means are ineffective and hypocritical.

After all, how does posting a bunch of pervy comments and lies on a message board stop anything? Heck, how does it differentiate from the norm at ALL?

The internet will always be a haven for filth. The only way to prevent your children from being taken advantage of on the internet is to monitor them yourselves. Stop trusting the government and “watchdog groups” to raise your children for you, roll up your sleeves, and do it yourself.

  39. The sad thing is that website is nothing compared to what’s on the horizon. Soon, if this country stays on it’s fear mongering, prudish path posting stuff like this WILL be illegal and you WILL go to jail as a “predator”.

So in 5 years you better not post any of this stuff cause the FBI will take you down and you will be treated like a sub-human being who can’t even make a damn myspace page.

  40. I like how they have images of gravestones of sites they supposedly shut down. Will someone please tell these under sexed people to get a life? Personally, it sounds like to me that they get off on going to sites like the ones listed in their page. Or maybe, just maybe they’re doing research, much like Pete Townsend.

    #41 | Comment by Lek — June 6, 2007 @ 4:19 am

  42. Oh come now Lek. what do you mean telling me that they are not legitimate?

here is what i think Lek. its that you are just jealous that nobody is willing to donate to your crappy causes. from what i can come up with is that the reason they post only the tame pedos sites. is because they are not a database for pedos like your self to find links to extreme sites. so Lek you may have to look else where for links to fill your sick pedophilia desires and lust. i for one do support what them at cybercrimes.us and alike organizations are doing. and for anyone to sit here and post otherwise is pro-pedophile as well as anti-social and just plain wrong. plus to whom ever started this topic might want to rethink their efforts. i know that it seems like no big deal. but this is the exact kind of thing that pisses off organizations like them. and if I was you i would like less to be messing with hungry lions myself, so them are my two cents on this topic.

    Davey.

You don’t actually think that the access to the database is located in the evidence page do yah. Those are dummy login forms. Im sure they have the database stored on a different domain. See the reason websites like theirs does these dummy login forms is to fool the average bear (no pun intended). It is good security practices for websites like theirs. The idea is to keeps the database secure in an undisclosed domain and the main site in another. I have seen it on many a websites. And some sites try and fool more by using tinyurl’s to further try and hide the goodies.
