In my opinion, these pics of Selena at some “get out and vote” event are cuter than her recent bikini candids.

I suppose the use of txting shorthand in this campaign is supposed to appeal to “the young people”. Hey, maybe they could also use some of that “hippity hop” music all the kids seem to be listening to these days.

Wait a sec…Selena isn’t even old enough to vote. I call SHENANIGANS!

Selena Gomez was known as the rival for Miley on Hannah Montana and then got her own show with Wizards of Waverly place. Supposedly there is a rift between the two of them since Miley is the reigning princess of Disney and Selena is the one supposedly taking over her top spot.

Miley isn’t really hot, she’s okay but it’s more of a pedo thing than a real hotness. Selena looks like she’ll be actually hot (if she isn’t already). A couple years to bloom and there will be no discussion or debate.

Plus she doesn’t have that annoying lisp, or the horrible knowledge of being the daughter of a redneck, one-hit wonder douchebag.

It’s true, there really isn’t much to like about Miley beyond the jailbait aspect. Last week I caught a minute of her show for the first time in months and the lisp drove me crazy.

I also can’t see her branching out into a more ‘adult’ singing in the way Jojo has done. Gomez definitely has more potential both as a babe and as an actress.
