I busted the formatting , that´s why i post again:
I surfed around the net last weekend and i found
a page named YNC = Young News Channel, this
page shows the most cruel accidents and crimes
that happening around the world and has no
problem to show mangled people who are still
alive. I thought hey whata nice place but then i
read the rules of these people : 1) Use your

at all) 2) No nudity of minors, a minor is a person
under the age of 18, we don´t care if it´s legal in

by people who show mangled and mutilated
accident-victims each day, bodies ripped apart,
intestines spread all over the street, they show
public executions and people who are lynched by
the mob and having not the slightest problem
with it, but showing a nude under 18 year old
person is repulsive for them. This is what i told
these assholes : I´ve just read the shitty rules of
this site and i´m surprised that the amount of
brainfucking idiocy in this world is still to top,
but you guys made it. Citation : 2) Free speech
rules here..but we will flag each illegal fart and
pass it on to the relevant authorities. 3) No

A disclaimer – I have no idea what website you’re talking about. I don’t surf the Internet like I used to so, odds are, I’ve never been there. However…
You’re falling into the classic “What’s the difference between 18 years old & 17 years old, 11 months?” argument that a lot of pedophiles use. I’m not accusing you of pedophilia but this one of their classical arguments.
What is important is that society needs to establish objective criteria for the application of law.
Let’s use drunk driving, for example – What is “drunk”? How do you define “drunk” so that you can safely remove people in an unbiased manner from the transportation system so that they do not potentially harm themselves or others?
The establishment of drunk driving laws is not meant to oppress people but keep the majority of people safe from the minority of people who would otherwise commit harm.
The same holds true with pedophilia laws – There needs to be an objective criteria for the application of laws that are meant to protect the majority of young females from the minority of males who would exploit or otherwise harm those young females.
In the case of the United States of America, a young female legally becomes an adult at 18 years of age.
One question you might ask of this website is where the servers are being held that operates that website. There is legal precedent that, where the servers are located, those are the laws that the website needs to adhere to. This may be why they have set the laws that they have.
As for the “Nudity is not OK but [some other display] is OK” argument… This is another argument used by pedophiles in an attempt to justify their practices.
Please understand that nudity is very quantifiable, meaning that it is easier to establish objective criteria for it’s regulation as opposed to something more abstract such as “gore” or “violence.” Spoken obscenities are also easily quantifiable so that they, too, can be more easily regulated (See George Carlin’s “7 Words You’ll Never Hear on Television,” now outdated but very relevant for it’s time).
I hope that these explanations have helped you understand some of the reasoning behind the issues that you face. These explanations were not meant to force a change of opinion on yourself; Only you can change your own outlook upon these types of topics.

It’s all fucking stupid. The real question is whether there’s consent. If a girl really wants to do something and is aware of the possible consequences I think that should take precedence. Biology says prime sex time starts at 16-17 for a lot of people. Laws are just that, laws.
