  17. I once had a business meeting with a Mr. Jay Assahola. When I called his office ahead of time to confirm the appointment I was nervously asking if his secretary would please pronounce the name for me. She laughed and said it sounded the way it spelled and that Jay was pretty used to it.

    Until today that was the worst name I’d encountered.
