That is Kelly Clarkson, right? It’s a pretty close battle between anorexic Duff and Kelly Clarkson as to who has the smallest boobs, but I think Duff wins. Everyone has on ugly dresses and bad hair. It’s a sad day when Ashlee Simpson might have the best outfit, even though she may not look great in it. I guess celebrities only dress in hot outfits for events like the Teen Choice Awards. ^_^
