      My bad. You guys are right about the commercial. However, it is still from the tape from ~3 years ago. What happened is this. The person who created the video, purchased it from that site and used a capture program to get the video and a mic to capture the audio. The dumbass had the TV on when doing it and grabbed that audio on top of the audio from the video. That is why the video is choppy and the audio is crappy.
