    Those are older pics (2003ish) but they are real, I am a photographer myself, and I can tell you that when you are shooting from an extreme distance even with a powerful zoom, you do get some grainy distortion. I can also tell that this is an enlargement of part of the frame of the shot, these would be like maybe 5% of the total image. if that. But these have been floating around for years. The shots that justin are refering to were taken facing her home over the summer. She is trying to sue, However since the photographer is off her property, and California does have a public nudity law. If she was in a part of her property exposing her chest where she could be seen by the public. than she was actually breaking the law. Sorry Jen if you see this, but that’s the truth.

    All this talk about celebs giving up their privacy by just being celebrities is a bit., well, fucking stupid.

    When they’re out and about in public, sure. After all, they whore themselves to the photogs every time they go to an “event” by standing on the red carpet for half an hour posing for them all. Same as going to a topless beach.

    When they’re in their own home, however, there’s a reasonable expectation of privacy. The photographer took these photos of her with a telephoto lens. She was in her yard, not in the middle of Rodeo Drive. She had a reasonable expectation of privacy, and it was violated. No matter how much you may hate these bega-rich fuckholes, they still have legal rights.

    Allowing people to take photos of people in their own homes without permission opens the floodgates to all sorts of fucktardery. Kind of like how we already have pedo’s taking advantage of public space rules to take pix of children in their swimsuits.

    Celebrities live HIGH off of the hog. Attending award shows give them gift backs like free plastic surgery, sidekicks, ipods, etc. Press tours give that PLUS photos PLUS pushing in our faces ‘go buy our merchandise’.

    My point being, celebrities get the right to decide when and where to whore themselves out and the times they aren’t choosing it, we aren’t entitled to see them in a different light?

    I call bullshit. I respect celebrities that don’t hawk shit OR what paparazzi after them.
