Kill Bill Japanese Version

Looks like Americans get the short shrift when it comes to KILL BILL because in Japan, KILL BILL (JAPANESE VERSION) is totally uncut, totally in color and totally more violent. Example? You actually get to see guts spilling out onto the floor in that scene where Go-Go ‘penetrates’ (hehehe) that guy.

There was a huge press conference for a different version of “Kill Bill” held in Tokyo last week. Mr. Tarantino, Uma Thurman, Lucy Liu, Sonny Chiba, Julie Dreyfus, Chiaki Kuriyama, Lawrance J Bender, and Yohei Taneda (production designer) attended this packed conference.

The greatly excited Mr.Quentin Tarantino looks so hyper at this conference you would think he was about to explode right there on the stage. He said loudly and with very much pride, “You guys will be seeing the much better one! Americans and Europeans are seeing a weaker one!”. Known as the “Japanese version” this KILL BILL will be including many more violent shots than the American version that is showing right now on the screens in Japan as well as the rest of the world.

A WINNAR IS JAPAN!

Okay so it looks like i’ll also have to buy the import R2 copy of KILL BILL (JAPANESE VERSION) when it comes out. So what is that? Like maybe four different versions of KILL BILL on DVD once it’s released?

Damn you Tarantino! Damn you Miramax!

By the way, worldwide premiere of Matrix Revolutions in about two days time.

  3. Last time I checked, there’s more to life than buying shitty DVDs.

    lolz jk mang.

    The Matrix Revolutions looks horrible.

Christ, I bought "Reloaded" a few days ago, and I fell asleep during it. The freeway scene is the only one that actually amused me.

    Meh, but that’s just me.

  5. I remember seeing his guts hit the floor when Go Go "penetrated" the guy. It wasn’t very long, but they were definitely there…

  6. Saw Matrix Reloaded last night at the Local IMAX. Only way to see it, talk about intense. If you thought the Freeway was the only decent thing in the movie, you should of seen it in this. Wow. I thought the movie was pretty decent, I’m looking forward to Revolutions.

i have the bootleg dvd. you only see some blood spray and what is probably some guts hitting the floor for like, half a second. can’t really tell because well, you only get to see it for like, half a second. which is LAME. and you can thank the MPAA for that. japanese version is probably longer uncut.

  11. gotta love american censorship, cant even say poo on tv anymore without some half witted mother of 3 sewing the tv shows, Ah television is destined to be the wiggles on every channel (shoot me now)

  17. saw it! wont give you any spoilers UNLESS you e-mail RIGHT NOW (im about to go to school)

it’s daaaaaaaaamn good! i think it should have end about 5 minutes before than it did.

awesome cgi, the best i’ve seen so far (except that scene where neo punches smith in the face).

nice development in some of the characters (like naobi and that kid who thanked neo for saving him in reloaded).

trinity seeing daylight for the first time was absolutly brilliant =)

can’t wait to see it again!
