This is a picture of Avril Lavigne in a sports bra. Probably the closest you’ll ever get to seeing her wearing just a bra. Well. Okay. She’s not exactly wearing a ‘real’ bra in that pic but hey, it’s close enough. Keli keeps telling me that Avril is ugly. Do you think Avril is ugly? I don’t think Avril is ugly. I wonder if Avril thinks she’s ugly. But if she really does feel ugly then i guess i have a new calling in life.

I must seek out this poor deformed creature and raise her self-esteem. It will be difficult, but with a regiment of constant praise and SEX (as difficult as this will be); in a couple of years (maybe 5 to 10), i know can make this poor woman feel like a goddess. No need to thank me, i feel it will be my gift to mankind.

So. Almost two months later, i am teh back. And i’m pretty sure that i’ve lost at least 97% of all my daily visitors. Oh well. They probably thought i died or something. And it didn’t help that i never bothered replying to any of the emails that i’d gotten while the site was gone. Seriously, i’m such a prick like that. But yeah, thanks to Americo, Phil, Rob, Bubba, Sean, Brent, Redeye, 15 year old Kingolf and the rest of you all who e-mailed asking what happened to the site and offering to help out with getting it back online.

So. Why the almost 2 month break?

But as much as you’d like to think that was the case; that i got sued by Libby Hoeler or whatever, it’s wasn’t. Libby Hoeler had nothing to do with the site being down. But it would’ve been pretty cool if it did wouldn’t it?

The real reason why the site was down… was because of a server switch. I know. Pretty boring reason eh? Apparently my site was overloading the old server too much. So my host had to move me to another server where i wouldn’t be bringing all the other sites on the solosnet network down with me when i do overload the server which i know i’ll still be doing due the crazy amount of traffic this site draws. Well… used to draw anyway. My 6000+ hits a day have now dwindled down to something like… ooh… zero hits a day. But that’s the nature of having a site that’s been down for so long i guess.

Anyhow, the only reason the server switch took so long was because well, my host was *ehem* too busy (procrastinating) to get it up sooner.

Oh well. I can’t really complain seeing as to how i’m hosted for free.

But yeah, i got e-mailed by Libby’s laywer/mom(?). Probably the worst laywer ever. She actually left a comment on the site threatening to press charges or something. And you’d think that she’d have the sense to leave that comment on the offending post itself but nooo, she left it on one the older Libby posts from way back in December 2001. At first i thought that it was just a prank. In fact, i was almost certain that it was because of all the bad spelling. Some guy even left a comment after that saying something to the extent of “Boy, for a lawyer, you sure don’t know how to spell”.

In addition to leaving a comment, the lawyer actually did e-mail me. But for some reason, her e-mails never reached my inbox properly. It got buried with all the other September e-mails, even though she sent the e-mails in December. I say “e-mails” because she sent me the same e-mail twice.

Why? Well, if you look closely at the e-mail above, you’ll see her telling me to get rid of the Libby stuff by December 15th, 2003. She corrected herself the second time around though but what the hell. I’m just gonna disregard her second e-mail and leave the Libby stuff online anyway. Besides, she can’t really do that. Telling me to take down that post. It’s not like i even have the videos hosted on my site. I don’t even have any pictures of Libby on here. And what pictures there are in that post are hosted on another site. I only linked to them. Why doesn’t she just go after that site instead of mine? Aaaand, Freedom of Speech? Hello?

Of course, i could be wrong and she could probably sue the pants off of me and i could probably get thrown in jail or something but hey, if i’m wrong, you’d tell me right? And then i’ll just take down the post. But for now, i’m just gonna leave it up.

I will give you until 5:00 p.m. e.s.t on December 15, 2003 to do so.

Anyway, the site’s back up. Tell all your friends about it.

Oh and you might run into some broken image links here and there. I didn’t exactly make a full backup before the site went down. So bear with me on the red x’s. I’ll try to fix them all if i can. By the way, Google needs to spider my site back into it’s database. I’m not even on there anymore =(
