Scarlett is on the cover of the August issue of Cosmo, likely as advance publicity for her movie Vicky Cristina Barcelona which hits theaters on Aug 15.

There was obvious, audible excitement in the theater where I first saw the trailer for this film (it showed before Wanted), during the scene where Scarlett kisses Penelope Cruz. I have to admit, it did look pretty hawt. Let’s see what y’all think…

Giving you some idea of how slow the celeb pic front has been this summer, here’s some candids of preggo Ashlee Simpson-Wentz.

Unfortunately for her, I think the only way she’s gonna truly steal any of Ashlee’s spotlight right now would be to get knocked up with a little Cowboy by Tony Romo. That would at least get her on SportsCenter.

Okay, I finally heard this song for the first time the other day, and I’m not sure I really wanted to like it, but I can’t get the damn thing outta my head (and not just for the content). It hit #1 on the Billboard chart on June 25.

It’s just so catchy and hooky. Curse you Katy Perry!
